Enable protection

Open Spam and follow the setup checklist. iPhone manages Call Blocking & Identification and Message Filtering permissions in Settings. Spam can read Call Directory status; Apple does not expose an equivalent enabled-status API for Message Filter, so the app asks for a physical unknown-sender SMS test instead of claiming automatic confirmation.

Message scope

Spam can classify only eligible SMS/MMS from unknown senders. It cannot filter Contacts or iMessage, scan old messages or read the Messages inbox.

Account deletion

Open Settings in Spam → Account → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account.

Typical response time: within two business days.
